This CNC wire saw is primarily designed for the plane grinding and polishing of various base rods and large-format slabs for building materials. The entire machine is controlled by a programmable (PLC) digital display system and features a combined modular configuration, including a milling-flattening unit and the main unit.

The main unit adopts a base-plus-four-column guide rail and screw-driven lifting beam structure. It incorporates an innovative high-precision chrome-plated multi-roller support table, which perfectly converts the traditional sliding friction between the workpiece carrier (conveyor belt) and the support table into rolling friction, effectively solving the processing challenges of heavy-workpiece self-weight. The reinforced front and rear drive rollers ensure smooth operation, effectively reducing slip and achieving high transmission accuracy. Both internal and external surfaces of the machine are treated with high-performance anti-corrosion and anti-rust coatings, effectively extending the machine’s service life and ensuring high value retention.
