This machine’s main beam adopts a large-span, high-strength double-beam design, with one side beam structure on each side (left and right). All components undergo effective aging treatment to ensure high structural stability.
The main unit features an extra-large grille-type rigid tower with four guide columns and dual hydraulic cylinder lifting. The high rigidity ensures reliable stability during cutting operations. Standardized treatment of sliding components guarantees long-lasting reliability and durability. The main unit is equipped with high-end power and oversized heavy-duty drives, along with an exceptionally large-capacity spindle box configuration, ensuring high load-bearing capacity during operation. The X-axis (main beam) displacement rails are equipped with high-quality, internationally renowned brand 45# specification linear guides, ensuring high reliability and precision in cutting (X-axis) accuracy. The oil-immersed lubrication system for the guide rails also ensures a long high-precision service life. The side beams (Y-axis) are equipped with the same brand’s 35# linear guides, delivering equally exceptional performance. The entire machine’s transmission system utilizes high-precision gear and rack structures, with magnetic scale (or encoder) positioning, ensuring precise horizontal displacement and positioning accuracy throughout the machine.
